What is a Blind Box?

Blind box products consist of 'basic' and 'secret' figures revealed only after opening, creating the element of surprise!

In addition to the 'basic' figures, some figures are rarer to find and are labeled as 'secret'.

If you purchase a full box set and receive a 'secret' figure, one of the 'basic' figures will be randomly replaced.

Membership

How do I become a member?
  • By creating an account on au.popmart.com you will become a member and receive a $5 coupon.
  • Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online as a member and redeem points for coupons.
  • See our membership page for further details.
Do membership points expire?
  • Membership points expire 6 months (180 days) after the day they are earned.
  • Coupons redeemed using points also expire after 6 months the day redeemed.
Can I get membership points from Store/Roboshop purchases?
  • The online membership program only applies to our online store (au.popmart.com).
  • We have an in-store membership program that is separate from our online store. Please see in store for further details.
I’ve placed an order, when will points be added to my account?
  • Membership points will be added to your account once the order is fulfilled.
  • You can log into your account here to view your points once the order is shipped.

Shipping

Where do you ship orders from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Sydney.

What are your shipping options?
  • We offer express shipping (Team Global Express) for $14.99 on orders under $69 and $8.99 for order above $69
  • Receive free express shipping on orders above $149.
When will my order be shipped?
  • Confirmed orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • You will receive a notification via email once your order is ready to ship.
Can I use a PO Box/Parcel Locker address?
  • We do not ship to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
  • Please provide a residential or alternative address for your order.
Do you ship to other countries outside of Australia?

We ship to Australian addresses ONLY.

Returns

What if the item I received is damaged?

Please contact us within 14 days of your receiving your order.

What if I don't like the item I received ?
  • Unfortunately, we do not provide returns for 'change of mind' reasons.
  • Due to the surprise element of blind boxes, we cannot provide returns for not getting your desired one.
  • We only accept returns for FAULTY or DAMAGED reasons.
