What is Blind Box?

 "BLIND BOX" is a type of sealed packaging that keeps what's inside a mystery until you open it.

If you order a "Set of 12 Boxes", you will receive a set of 12 figures in 12 different designs.

Besides "basic" figures, some figures are rarer to find, which we call "SECRET".

Note: If you buy a set and get a "secret" in the series, one "basic" figure will be replaced randomly.

How it works?

By creating an account on au.popmart.com, you become our membership(and get a $5 coupon).

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend if you are one of our members.

You can redeem points for coupons.

Can I get membership points from Store/Roboshop purchases?

No, I'm afraid the membership program only applies to our online shop (au.popmart.com).

Our physical store membership program is available now but it's separate from our online store.

Please refer to physical stores for further details.

I've placed an order, why there's no points added to my account?

The membership points will be added to your account once the order is fulfilled.

You can visit au.popmart.com/membership to check your points after your order is shipped.

Shipping

Where do you ship the orders?

Currently we are shipping all our orders from our warehouse in Sydney.

What shipping options are available?

We offer Express Shipping(Team Global Express), with a charge of $14.99 on orders under $69, $8.99 under $149, and free shipping on orders above $149.

When will my order be shipped?

Confirmed orders are usually processed within 2 business days.

Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive the notification via email.

Can I use a PO Box/Parcel Locker address?

No, we use Team Global Express for shipping and they recommend using a residential address other than a PO Box/Parcel Locker address because this kind of address always causes failed deliveries.

Do you ship to other countries besides Australia?

Sorry that we are shipping orders to Australian addresses ONLY.

Returns

What if the item I received is damaged?

We accept returns and will provide replacements or refunds for items that arrived damaged.

Please contact us within 3 days after receiving it.
