Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys creating exceptional customer service experiences, enjoys

Key responsibilities

• Train, mentor and coach team members to work towards goals and succession planning

Roboshop Replenishment

Position Summary

We are looking an experienced stock replenishment and customer service specialist to join us on a part time or casual basis in Melbourne VIC.

In this role, you will work across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs (such as Highpoint, Melbourne CBD, Northland etc.) to replenish our Roboshops (Vending machines) to ensure our blindbox products are easily accessible and shoppable. As we are in the expansion stage, this role at times may also be responsible in assisting with setting up new vending machines after hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the logistics of stock to vending machines in Melbourne
• Confirm the quantities of stock at the warehouse and make sure the number is correct before delivering stock to all vending machines
• Replenish stock for vending machines (approx 1 - 3 times a week)
• Check and report the status for vending machines
• Report and coordinate with the delivery and stock issues.

Essential Requirement

• Must have customer service, logistic and delivery experience.
• Must have Full Driver License.
• Have own vehicle to perform delivery (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Fluency in English and Chinese is highly advantageous
• Great personality and excellent communication skills.
